We both slept better last night so thought our golf would show this. Not quite so.

I went for a run through the Wilabalangaloo Reserve (part of the National of S.A.), it was not as good as I expected as the tracks were quite short and I had to keep running back to whe I started and the. Head out on a different track. The views made up for this as most of the time I was above or next to the beautiful Murray River. Something spectacular I saw was 2 wedge tailed eagles take off and soar above me...what a fantastic sight.

Once again it was a beautiful day, cold to start off but then warmed up with very little breeze.

We started on the 10th as there were 3 groups of 3 teeing off on the first. Other than this there wasn't anyone else around. We chatted with one of the guys who said he was the ex school principle, retired recently at 60 and helped around the course which was pretty well managed by volunteers. From what we could they they are doing a very good job and having some good times on the course as well.

Neither of us had a particularly good round, but we both enjoyed the course.

Scores for the 18:

Lynne - 1st 9 = 56, back 9 = 54, total = 110, less adjusted handicap of 27 for an 83.

Chris - 1st 9 = 58, back 9 = 55, total = 113 less Chris's adjusted handicap of 34 gives Chris a 79.

After the game we bought some tea and coffee and headed down to the river for a drive and then to sit in the sun. Also had a climb to the top of a cliff top for a better view of the river.
