We left Ceduna this morning and drove 850 kms to Berri in the Riverland of South Australia.
We had accomodation booked at Riverbush Cottages, a 38 acres property with 4 self contained cottages.
It was getting very dark when we arrived and thus it took us a little while to find our cottage, keys etc and then unpack.
The cottage is 3 bedrooms with everything we need and more. On the downside it is quite close to the Sturt Highway and therefore a little on the noisy side from the continual traffic. This was one thing I wasn't expecting as I thought that being on 38 acres of bushland it would be very quiet!
We have 9 nights accomodation here and the plan is to play the golf courses in the area and also do a bit of exploring.
