Wednesday 6th June 2012, Across the Nullabor
After playing the first 2 holes of the Nullabor Links at Ceduna, we set off this morning for Penong to play the "Windmills" hole at Penong.
This was the first hole that we had to go looking for, it was at the back of the roadhouse but we needed directions to find it. Each tee off area has a shelter next to it and a sign board with some information about the area.
We had to hit over trees and shrubs, then chip onto the synthetic green with great care as if you weren't careful the ball just bounced or rolled off.
A few other people were playing when we arrived and as we left another couple arrived.
